2. Customer enquiries, products and prices

Please state the product or date variety, required quantity, destination country, packaging preference and intended use. Product availability, specifications, minimum order quantities, prices and delivery terms are confirmed individually.

3. Wholesale, bulk and retail sales

Enquiries may concern bulk orders, wholesale distribution, retail, food service or industrial use. Please tell us your expected quantity and sales channel so we can assess your requirements.

4. Supplier and producer cooperation

Date growers, producers, processors, exporters and packaging companies are welcome to submit proposals for supplying the European market. Email info@datestocks.eu with the subject “Supplier Cooperation Proposal”. Include your company, country of origin, product varieties, available quantities, specifications, packaging, available quality documents and export terms.

5. Import and export enquiries

Use the subject “Import / Export Enquiry”. Include the origin and destination countries, product type, estimated quantity, packaging, delivery schedule and proposed trade terms, if known. Requirements depend on the product, countries involved and applicable regulations.

7. Who owns DateStocks?

DateStocks is a project and business brand operated by ALLTM SP. Z O.O., Poland. DateStocks is being developed as a European distribution centre for dates and date-based products, connecting suppliers with customers and business partners.

For contracts, invoices and legal documents, the relevant contracting entity and its registered details will be stated in the documents.

9. DateStocks Factory in Poland

DateStocks' development plans include a factory project in Poland intended to support processing and packaging of date products. Proposed activities may include cleaning, sorting, cutting, milling and packaging, subject to the final project scope, equipment and applicable approvals.
